Our brewery is a craft brewery because it is independent, and our beers are neither filtered nor pasteurized, in accordance with Italian regulations.
SUSTAINABLE
Our beers are produced with respect for the environment, because we use only natural and renewable energy sources, as well as recovering production waste and recycling washing water.
LOCAL
Our beers support local cereal farming because we use barley from our territory, malted just a few kilometers from the brewery.
