About Apizza/Talia di Napoli: why we stand out.
We use an innovative cryogenic freezing system (a nitrogen tunnel) that shock-freezes the pizza within minutes of baking, going from 90°C to -20°C.
This process locks in the aromas, freshness, and true flavour of an authentic Neapolitan pizza, resulting in a product that tastes far closer to freshly baked than conventional frozen pizzas. We are able to claim “true Neapolitan pizza”, not just “made in Italy” – a unique and powerful positioning.
