Old style Cantabrian anchovies are a ready-made dish of two 80 g portions, prepared according to a traditional recipe. The anchovies are carefully removed from the salt, filleted by hand and left with the skin on, which gives them a special flavour. These anchovies are matured for 8 months, with little oil compared to traditional fillets, and have a great texture and meatiness. Thanks to the HPP technology, you get a product as if it were prepared at home.
