We obtain this innovative product with a slow, homemade acetification process, starting from an Italian TOP quality craft beer, the IPA.
Our IPA 100% Beer Vinegar is totally alcohol free, so it’s perfect also for people who do not drink alcohol and it’s a 100% natural product.
The taste of the IPA Craft Beer is quite intense with fruity aromas and an amber color.
Its notes of IPA Beer, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste, perfectly combines with smoked meat, cheeses and spicy food. It is perfect with Asian and Indian plates.
