Inspired by Japanese tradition, Rice Acidulate is a gluten-free product made from rice fermented in vinegar according to a traditional recipe handed down over the centuries and used in the preparation of sushi. Its typical sweet and sour flavour does not cover or modify the flavour of dishes, but enhances their taste instead. Excellent for white meat.
