Available in 45 g format (sliced truffle in oil only), as well as 85 g, 180 g, and 500 g formats.
Excellent on pasta and risotto dishes added at the end of preparation, on fish and meat tartare, gourmet pizzas, sushi and eggs.
White or black truffle oil with EVO, olive or sunflower oil. available in 60 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml, 1-liter, and 5-liter formats. Ideal for enhancing meat, fish tartare, gourmet pizzas, eggs, and for seasoning vegetables or salads.
