The first apple cider produced by the Melchiori company, from which all the other varieties are developed.
From the direct squeezing of fresh and whole apples (not from concentrate) and thanks to the autoclave fermentation, Alpino is born.
A cider with a soft and medium sweet taste, excellent as an aperitif but also durng the whole meal and desserts.
