AQUALAB TDL 2 is a Water Activity (Aw) meter. It is used to evaluate a product's shelf life. Compared to instruments already on the market, the AQUALAB TDL 2 uses laser technology to directly measure water molecules. This feature allows the instrument to test with high accurancy even samples containing volatile components such as sauces, tobacco, alcohol, and fuels.
