Jar-cooked Babà with 24 kt gold.
The classic Baba presented in a unique new way: jar-baked.
The baba is cooked directly in glass jars with airtight seals.
This allows the cake to retain moisture and softness, bake evenly, and keep well for months. Rum or other liqueurs are added directly to the jar so that the baba gradually absorbs the alcohol and flavorings.
The result is a softer, moister, and more fragrant cake. The addition of 24K gold lends it a luxurious and exclusive look.
