BACGene GO is the new RT-PCR workflow for the detection of foodborne pathogens, designed for food companies and analytical laboratories. Also validated on the new GSD Cycler, it offers a simple two-step process: rapid mechanical lysis and a 60-minute PCR run, with results available from the next day. Harmonized protocols, ready-to-use PCR plates with lyophilized reagents, internal positive control, optional PREraser and PURE software help reduce hands-on time, errors and turnaround time, supporting faster decisions for product release, food safety and quality.
