The renewed Barilla Pasta with 100% Italian Wheat is a pasta obtained from 4 exclusive varieties of durum wheat suitable for the different climatic conditions of Italy, grown in 13 Italian regions and characterized by remarkable nutritional properties:
high protein content (protein grade with peaks of over 14% in wheat and over 13% in semolina), high quality gluten, golden yellow color and low ash content (mineral salts).
