The new Barilla Al Bronzo Pasta is produced with the special "Lavorazione Grezza" (rough processing) method using different varieties of fine 100% Italian durum wheat, selected for their excellent quality and high protein content. The result is a pasta with a full-bodied texture, intense roughness and amber yellow color that best retains all sauces, maintains perfect cooking and creates a unique taste experience. Barilla has selected 10 classic and beloved shapes for the Al Bronzo range, including Spaghetti, Linguine, Penne Rigate and Mezzi Rigatoni.
