The Gluten-Free Pizza Base Ambient is made using an innovative, unique recipe with no added preservatives, setting it distinctly apart from most other pizza bases on the market. Made with 11 naturally gluten-free flours, extra virgin olive oil, and Mediterranean seawater, it has a light, fragrant texture that is ideal for any topping. It has a diameter of 30 cm, is packed in a black tray with transparent film. Ideal for food service. For private label retail, it is available with printed film in a 26 cm format.
