Delicate vegetables, precise cooking times, consumption to cut: in continuous blanching everything comes down to uniformity. FME belt blanchers cook and blanch with steam, water or steam+water: a recirculation system with dedicated fans spreads the flow evenly, for an exact residence time and a consistent product. Three configurations for every need: Mod. H55 Cooker-Blancher, Mod. H56 Cooker-Blancher-Cooler, Mod. H57 Cooker-Blancher-Cooler-Refrigerator. Insulated hood and mechanical lifting system for full inspection and cleaning.
