Ideal for viscous products, where control and gentle processing make the difference. The JPB206 Vertical Bowl is designed for creams, sauces, toppings, fillings and fruit-based products. Its special vertical configuration, with conical bottom and scraping-paddle agitator, promotes heat exchange and product movement, reducing sticking and burning risks even with the thickest preparations. It can heat, mix, cook under pressure or vacuum, concentrate, deaerate and cool. Available with a jacketed water system for gradual heating and cooling. Capacity from 110 to 2.600 litres
