Its distinctive feature is the internal rotating coil, designed to ensure fast heating, gentle mixing and maximum piece integrity, while reducing the risk of scorching and excessive cooked notes. Available with 320° multi-spire or continuous rotating coils, according to your process needs. One machine to thaw, heat, mix, degas, concentrate, cook under pressure or vacuum, and vacuum-cool, with capacities from 170 to 4.500 litres
