The Carne Salada it's carefully prepared following the ancient recipes. Many natural high quality spices and salt accompany the meat during the 10/12 days of maceration. From the masterly mix of spices and times, essential for the maturatiom of the meat, is obtained a Salada di Bovibo of an irresistible taste and aroma, compact and easy to cut. Unique in its kind, tasty and extremely pleasing, can be served as much as an appetizer or as a cold dish without seasoning because its aromatic quality makes it complete by itself.
