Made from Italian pork legs, with a rich meaty flavor that is delicately seasoned. Expertly massaged with extra virgin olive oil and spices and left to rest for several hours, it is then dry-cooked at a very low temperature for approximately 20 hours.
We use the bone as a natural heat conductor to ensure even cooking both inside and outside the product. Gluten-free, dairy protein-free, and free from monosodium glutamate.
