The caciocavallo and truffle cream is made with medium-aged caciocavallo cheese from a Molise dairy that processes the milk without adding chemical starters. The ingredients also include Italian cooking cream and Molise extra virgin olive oil. Two types of truffles are used in the production: the prized white truffle and the bianchetto truffle (a variety of white truffle). It is available in various standard weights: 50-90-180-500 grams.
