A new cooked ham, smaller, better, smarter.
The slice is always the same, simply the taste and aesthetical heart of the Prosciutto.
The reduced surface of the slice helps the cutting. The trimmed fat and the absence of the skin guarantee a perfect performance.
It is wrapped in a special embossed paper which protects from oxidation, this paper is taken off gradually whilst slicing, for a slice which is always homogeneous, both for the taste and the aesthetic.
We have chosen the best raw material which is cooked slowly.
Glutenfree, without glutamate, milk and derivates free.
