The excellence of our production, an extra virgin olive oil that bears the name of our family, the highest expression of our mission: producing quality extra virgin olive oils in suitable lands.
The olives, come from identified plots of land, are harvested by hand in their very first ripening phase when they are still green and they are selected one by one. The pressing takes place in our Pilot Oil Mill, just a few hours after the harvest. The result is an extra virgin olive oil with marked aromas and flavors, with a bright color and rich in polyphenols
