Pasta made from durum wheat semolina of the highest quality cultivated exclusively in Italy. Furthermore, the production process alters as little as possible the organoleptic properties inherent in the raw materials used and keeps the high percentage of gluten and proteins almost unchanged.
This project’s aim is to present a pasta line which is highly selected both in the careful choice of the ingredients and of the shapes. The choice of this packaging has the purpose to exalt the artisanship of the product that allows the customer to establish a visual contact with the product.
