DNAllergen2 is the range of Real-Time PCR kits for the detection and quantification of allergens. Designed for laboratories and food companies, it is an effective solution for analysing complex or highly processed matrices and for detecting allergens, including those such as celery, for which ELISA methods may present limitations. It offers high sensitivity, LOD ≤ 0.4 ppm and reliable results in about 2 hours. Harmonized PCR profile, ready-to-use components, internal positive control and UNG system simplify daily testing and support allergen risk management.
