Baked Roast Speciality, the "Dolomiticus" Unterberger is just one of the specialties of the Bechèr Roasts. Bechèr roasted meats are generally characterized by slow cooking in special ovens to forge their particular softness, as well as for the addition of natural aromas typical of the territory to enhance the scent, delicacy and flavor. The "Dolomiticus" is made with highly selected pork leg and has a slight smoky note. Free of milk derivatives, glutamate and gluten.
