Sicilian compound gin with high alcohol level (Navy Strength). It is made by direct infusion of botanicals, without distillation. The innovation is in the method: each botanical is processed separately to keep essential oils and give a stronger, clearer aroma. Juniper, citrus and Mediterranean notes are fresh and long on the palate. Strong but balanced, it is ideal for professional mixing and easy to use in bars and restaurants.
