Every product has its own concentration curve: flow rates, temperatures and viscosity change, and the plant must follow them. Boema forced-circulation evaporators Mod. BEC come with one, two or three stages and effects: more effects mean more vapour recovery and lower energy consumption for the same output. The product is kept in forced motion inside vertical shell-and-tube exchangers, automatically welded and polished to limit fouling: short residence times, colour and aroma preserved, longer cycles between washings. Integrated CIP and full accessibility.
