From selected corn, grown in Italy in our controlled supply chains, we obtain our corn flours for polenta. Available in the varieties bramata, fioretto gialla and bramata mais corvino, our corn flours are the perfect solution for preparing delicious polenta with a golden color and rustic flavor. Corvino Corn is a unique variant, characterized by its black color and the particular shape of the grain, elongated and pointed, reminiscent of the shape of a raven's beak: hence the name "Corvino."
