Practical and versatile, our precooked spelt is ideal for various preparations, ready in 2 minutes in a pan or microwave.
As a salad - Season to taste with vegetables, legumes or cheeses.
As a soup - Pour the spelt into a pan with 2 glasses of boiling broth. Cook for 2/5 min. Season with olive oil, pepper, cheese and serve.
In the microwave - Open the package slightly, place it in the microwave oven, heat it up to the max power for 2 minutes and season to taste.
