The pure liquorice, produced according to the traditional recipe and methods of Amarelli, is enriched with a new taste. Using extracts of Calabrian Clementine PGI, inserted in the final phase of cold processing, the liquorice mixes perfectly with the citrus taste of the Calabrian variety of the mandarin plant. The result is an intensely perfumed liquorice with a natural sweet taste typical of Calabrian IGP Clementine.
