Top quality extralarge anchovies fillets in organic olive oil.
Caught in the Biscaglia gulf from the beginning of March until the end of June when the fish presents the best festures and the perfect balance between meat and fat.
The anchovies are processed directly where they are caught and put under salt for 10-12 months, after this period the fillets are scissors trimmed and stowed manually in the tins.
The fillets present the typical softness of the anchovies of the Catabrian Sea
