Anchovies fished 'a lampara' with purse seines in Strait of Sicily in Southern Italy (FAO Zone 37.1.3). Salted locally by Delicius master salters and perfectly matured. Hand-cleaned and filleted one-by-one with the attention, care and competence that have always distinguished Delicius Anchovies. Delicius has fully offset the CO2 of this item, making it and certifying it carbon neutral. We removed jar label and overpacking too, granting it 100% recyclability.
