After its initial aging, it is brushed with Avola Rum—awarded Best Agricole-Style Rum on international markets—which softens the rind and awakens its aromas.
When served, we top it with shavings of Modica IGP Chocolate, cold-processed according to the ancient Modican tradition, which preserves its crystalline texture and adds a vibrant, bitter note.
Coated with lightly toasted Sicilian hazelnut powder.
