The Alce Nero apple and cinnamon biscuits were
imagined and are produced to promote the revival of the rural economy through the
conversion to organic of the fields in the area of Amatrice and neighboring areas of central Italy affected by the strong earthquake of two years
ago. The dough of this biscuits, without
eggs and butter, and with only extra virgin olive oil ensures the defined friability.
The cinnamon and the apple cubes
make it instead greedy and perfect
for breakfast. They are made with Solina wheat grown in central Italy.
