The brand Gemme® of Pastificio Zini brings the world of gnocchi to the retail channel.
The packaging is produced using seven-color printing (heptachromy) with PET-PE material and water-based inks. Heptachrome printing is compatible with water-based inks, which are a more sustainable choice compared to traditional solvent-based inks. The inks selected by Zini help reduce the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which are harmful to both human health and the environment, while at the same time making the packaging colors more vibrant.
