Farabella® Gluten Free Maxi Gnocchi are produced in Fara San Martino, the capital of high quality pasta. They are made with more than 80% of potatoes, selected corn and rice flours and natural spring water from the Maiella mountains. Larger than the usual gnocchi, they are also ideal for gourmet dishes and for the Chefs. They cook in 2 minutes, are as good and soft as homemade and can be sold shelf-stable (with 12 months shelf life). Packed in a 400g tray (divided into 2 single portions, 200g each).
