Developed according to the principles of Asian cuisine, Vici's Gyoza are made with mostly local, high-quality ingredients. Alongside the more traditional flavours, Vici has introduced the only organic Gyoza range on the market, including Salmon Gyoza. The thin dough encloses a hearty salmon filling, rich in Omega 3 and B and D vitamins, flavoured with sweet organic red pepper. Gyoza Vici can be prepared in seven different ways: pan-fried, steamed, baked, fried, in a dim sum steamer, microwaved or grilled.
