Developed according to the principles of Asian cuisine, Vici’s Gyozas are made with mostly local, high-quality ingredients. The thin dough encloses a generous creamy filling, which is freshly prepared and characterised by its exotic taste. The thick and aromatic hoisin sauce is widely used in oriental recipes with meat, and in this case it is combined with the delicate flavour of duck. Vici’s Gyozas can be prepared in seven different ways: pan-fried, steamed, baked, fried, in a dim sum steamer, microwaved or grilled.
