Developed according to the principles of Asian cuisine, Vici’s Gyozas are made with mostly local, high-quality ingredients. The thin dough encloses a generous creamy filling, which is freshly prepared and characterised by its exotic taste. Black fungus mushrooms, highly appreciated and used in Oriental cuisine for their delicate flavour, are combined with chicken and cooked in a broth with an exceptional taste. Vici’s Gyozas can be prepared in seven different ways: pan-fried, steamed, baked, fried, in a dim sum steamer, microwaved or grilled.
