An iconic figure of Neapolitan pastry tradition, our Babà is made according to the classic Campania recipe with select, high-quality Italian ingredients. The eggs are free-range, the flour and sugar come from Italian factories, while the rum syrup is distilled domestically. The slow leavening gives the babà its lightness and frothiness, allowing it to perfectly absorb the syrup. As per tradition, it is finally dipped in an aromatic and intoxicating blend of rum and limoncello.
