IMOLA is a Salame with a short list of ingredients which brings out the high quality of pure 100% Italian meat from the CLAI corporate member breeding farms. Even though the quantities are in small batches, this salame goes through long ageing and seasoning
periods in tailor-made cells for at least 08 weeks
IMOLA 1962 is produced and marketed thanks to the 2 year research pathway carried out by CRPA of Reggio Emilia in collaboration with CIRI of Bologna University.
