The La Perla di Torino production plant is constructed with low environmental impact materials and is powered by 100% renewable energy (Verde Dentro certification). Operational processes have been optimized through full digitalization. More than 97% of the packaging used is recyclable.
The workforce is 73% female, benefits from approximately 500 hours of training courses annually, and is covered by a private health insurance scheme. The company participates in programs for the integration of workers from disadvantaged backgrounds and is BRC certified.
