Anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea with 25% less salt compared to the traditional ones in oil. Anchovies packed in organic seed oil with the addition of organic chili, in order to exalt their unique and intense taste. The anchovies are fished in the Northern Spain sea, in a sustainable way, only in spring when they are bigger and plumpier, processed by hand on the fishing spot to preserve their high quality. Full of proteins and Omega 3. The Fresh Anchovies are available at the fridge counter, ready to be eaten without cooking. They are perfect for appetizers and second courses.
