Shelf life of 12 months at room temperature thanks to the sterilization process. Space-saving and environmentally friendly, with vacuum-packed bags and a 98% reduction in waste volume. Time-saving, with only the bag to cut and the product ready to use in recipes, without any rinsing. No waste, with 100% product and no preserving liquid
