The short Di Bari line was born with the intention of combining Mediterranean taste with an artisanal form.
This line is obtained from the processing of extra calibrated bronze-drawn durum wheat semolina, whose production process is enriched by a very slow drying and by the use of only natural raw materials (lemon, chilli, porcini, basil, cuttlefish ink). The combination of these elements gives our pasta a very porous surface that best retains the seasonings.
