Farabella® Gluten Free Egg Pasta line "Gli Speciali" includes Fettuccine, Tagliatelle and Pappardelle “nests” pasta. Produced in Fara San Martino, the capital of high quality pasta, with the best corn and rice flours, free-range eggs and natural spring water from the Maiella mountains. Dried at low temperatures to preserve the characteristics of the raw materials; this pasta has a rough surface allowing to better capture the sauces. Packed in 250g boxes made in recyclable cardboard printed with vegetable-based inks.
