Our lactose-free mascarpone is made with the best Italian milk cream, giving it a sweet and delicate flavour.
Lactose-free mascarpone is obtained by acidification of milk cream, lactose free (less than 0,1g per 100g).
Its smooth taste and even consistency make it particularly suitable for all uses, from home-made recipes to haute patisserie.
Lactose-free mascarpone is available in 250gr.
