let it cream and decorate with fruit or toppings of your choice. Available both as a mixture for gelato and as a granita and coffee cream, is distributed in convenient 5 lt baginboxes. Master Gelataio Mancuso UHT gelato blend have 12 months of shelf life, storage in a dry environment max 20°.
