"Cheese" is one of the three mixes created exclusively by Chef Davide Mazza for the innovative Umami selection. These blends have a surprising protagonist, the coffee. This, if added in small quantities, has the peculiarity of being able to emphasize the taste and aroma of everything we are cooking. It also helps to caramelize the surface of what we are preparing, allowing the aromas that are released to remain sealed: in this way we will perceive them particularly intense and rich in all the nuances that characterize them.
