La Briosa was created to satisfy the need for a light mortadella, to be enjoyed without guilt: ideal for all those who were forced to give up the pleasure of this exceptional salami. Prepared using ham for the lean part and guanciale for the lard. Compared to mortadella Bologna IGP, it contains: - 40% fat (light), - 30% salt, - 30% calories. It is available with and without pistachios in the whole version, and only without pistachios in the sliced version, which is packaged in a 100% recyclable FSC paper tray with -75% plastic.
