Every frozen product calls for a dedicated machine: the Boema Mod. PR49 range brings together five distinct mills. The Lumps Pulping Mill Mod. PR49/RP breaks frozen blocks and separates IQF lumps. The Shelling Mill for IQF Frozen Fruit Mod. PR49/SG separates the pieces without affecting the integrity of each single fruit. The Blocks Breaking Mill Mod. PR49/PM processes frozen product. The Pulping Mill Mod. PR49/FI homogenises particle size with demountable baskets with different hole diameters. The Crushing Mill Mod. PR49/F handles 220-litre frozen drums. AISI 304 construction, easy cleaning.
